Conducting the examinations in a precise and appreciable manner in accordance with the regulations of the University is one of the most important task of the institute. This task plays a key role as it shows the out put for the students and indirectly demonstrates the institutional function. Recognizing the importance of this function V.B.I.T management has created an excellent branch for smooth conducting of examinations at V.B.I.T.

The examination branch is being looked after by an Associate Professor and supported by two Assistant Professor and couple of computer programmers for online and network related tasks. The examination branch office is looked after by an Office Superintendent and supported by three staff members. The entire examination branch is headed by the senior most professor of the institute as per the University regulations.

The examination branch also takes care about the other examinations like APPSC etc. as per guidelines by the government and other entrance exam systems.

4. Power and Energy-26 groups
